sweet casual style {turns one}!

one year ago today…sweet casual style was born!

this has been such an exciting year…I want to thank everyone for reading and visiting the site!  all of the feedback and posts have truly made this a lot of fun and really rewarding!  and…my son, benjamin cole turns 1 and a half tomorrow and I cannot put in words how incredibly blessed I am to have him in my life…I feel like the luckiest mom in the world and as I always say, “everything is better with ben”!   he makes me happier than I could have ever imagined…& he also inspires me everyday.

this site has been a lot of fun for me.  I envisioned several things for this sweet casual style and I am still not sure what I want it to be when it grows up.  maybe my sophomore year will be the year of even bigger and better things!  when I began this a year ago, I had goals of having an online boutique within a year and obviously that hasn’t happened yet.  I also thought I could incorporate more gratitude stories and help people along the way who maybe dealt with some of the same things I went through and struggled with in life {see gratitude tab}…but some people advised me not to share so much with the world…and that made me kind of sad because if I could help or inspire just one person…that would make me happy.

I think for now I will just continue sharing and have fun every step of the way…I would love your feedback, suggestions and comments, as always!  thank you for supporting sweet casual style…year two, here we come!  ♥ xo corry
