zoo-inspiration for ben’s 1st birthday!

I am super excited for Ben’s 1st birthday party!

We are having his party at the zoo!

I will definitely post all of the pictures from the party…but I thought I would share a bit of the inspiration and theme I am going for.  Since the party is at the zoo…I am thinking zoo/carnival theme.  and, a lot of color!!  The adorable stripey straws and tissue garland are from shop sweet lulu…I am a bit obsessed with this shop and my husband is wondering why I am getting packages from shop sweet lulu every week!  I love it!!  The rainbow gumballs are from polka dot market.

I was happy to find these adorable (affordable) and perfect zoo invites from shutterfly!

cupcake liners and striped candy cups are also from shop sweet lulu!

I attempted to make ben’s party hat on my own…wondering if I should add something more to it…thoughts?

    LOVE polka dot market!! Ben’s hat is too cute! No doubt he’ll wear it well and you’ll get some great photos. this is going to be one rockin’ b’day celebration– can’t wait!
